Kalispell Center and Red Lion Hotel was acquired by Woodbury Strategic Partners and an affiliate of Goodale & Barbieri Company April 25, 2013 under the new company WSPGB Mall, LLC.

Kalispell Center is the largest shopping mall in Northwestern Montana and is anchored by tenants such as JC Penney, Zumiez, Bath and Body Works, Buckle, Maurice’s, Christopher & Banks, and Dairy Queen. The mall also includes a 170-room Red Lion Hotel with convention center which is the largest in the area.

Kalispell Center shoppers have enjoyed 98% occupancy since the acquisition with the expansion of Maurice’s and Vapor Depot, construction of Zumiez, Christopher & Banks, and Foxy Nails.

Goodale and Barbieri developed a Starbucks location which opened on the corner of Main and Center street with a 1,920 square-foot store in September of 2014. This store features a brick facade as well as outdoor fireplace and outdoor seating for customers to experience the soaring views of the Flathead Valley.

In October 2015, the City of Kalispell was awarded a 10-Million-dollar TIGER grant to fund removal of railroad tracks and installation of a trail connecting trails to the east and west of the project. The WSPGB LAND LLC an affiliate of WSPGB MALL LLC has acquired 5 acres of land to the north of the mall currently bisected by the tracks.

September 13, 2017 Goodale & Barbieri announces a lease between WSPGB LAND II LLC and SunRift Brewing Company to be located in an existing building on the future trail. SunRift Brewing Company is expected to open in 2018 after regulatory approvals and construction.
