Hudesman House Apartments awarded the management contract for their HUD 202 project in Colville, Washington.  Goodale & Barbieri Company is already the Development Consultant for this project sponsored by Shalom Ecumenical Center.
 

When the project opens in 2013, it will serve very-low-income seniors.  Residents will pay only 30% of their income for rent and utilities.
 

Goodale & Barbieri Company will oversee the operation of a Neighborhood Network computer site as part of its management duties.
