Holly Matz has been with Goodale and Barbieri Company since 2019. She is an affordable Regional Portfolio Manager with multiple certifications in LIHTC, HUD, and BOS. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Leadership studies. Holly is involved in the development, management and supervision of the affordable housing department within G&B.
