SPOKANE, Wa., Feb. 28, 2014 – The owner of The Altadena, a multi-family apartment community, has chosen Goodale & Barbieri Company to assume management responsibilities of the historic, turn-of-the-century building.
 

Built in 1908, The Altadena is centrally located at 608 S. Stevens, next to Sacred Heart Medical Center and Deaconess Hospital.  The four-story building contains 43 units, which feature 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans, as well as large windows, fireplaces, high ceilings, and hardwood floors.
 

Goodale & Barbieri Company will start their management services by renovating the common areas and updating the units, while still keeping its classic, antique details.  “We are very privileged to have been chosen to manage The Altadena and bring this wonderful and unique building back to what it was during its early years,” said Kim Conway, the Residential Department Manager at Goodale & Barbieri Company.

Management will begin March 1, 2014.
