SPOKANE, Wash., May 29, 2013 – It was announced today that Fratelli’s, LLC has purchased the Spokane Pavilion retail shops building and restaurant pad, located on the corner of Nevada Street and Jay Avenue. The two parcels totaling 109,771 square feet of land and 14,700 square feet of retail space, sold for $3,650,000. Spokane Pavilion is anchored by Winco and tenants include Massage Envy, Cricket, and Hop Jacks. The transaction was brokered by Cory Barbieri with Goodale & Barbieri Company and Erik Swanson of Kidder Mathews. Goodale & Barbieri Company will also be managing and leasing the property for Fratelli’s, LLC.
