Kim Conway has been with Goodale & Barbieri Company since 1979 and has been promoted through various positions during her employment. In addition to property management, Kim has been integrally involved in most of the company’s new residential development, and was involved in the renovation of the old Shriners Hospital into a 27 unit single parent family housing property. As an Occupancy Specialist and Leasing Agent, Kim was responsible for screening, certifying qualifications of applicants, leasing, processing annual recertifications, and processing monthly voucher schedules for HUD billing. Kim’s portfolio has included properties under both the Section 8 and Rent Supplement 221 (d) (3) Program, the Section 8 202 Program, PRAC, Tax Credit, and Market Rate properties. She now supervises a department of more than 50 employees.
